GREEN D PREMIUM BIODIESEL ® is a premium quality biodiesel which complies to is 15607 standards. It can be used in diesel engines in a blend with mineral diesel or as a drop-in fuel. GREEN D® Biodiesel is the fuel for the future. With energy positive manufacturing technologies implied at our factory, we produce more energy than we consume.

GREEN D® contains less than 10 ppm of sulphur, making it one of the cleanest biofuels in the industry. The new BS6 norms mandate sulphur less than 10 ppm. GREEN D® has very low sulphur, therefore it reduces SOx emissions and prevents engine detoriation.

GREEN D® has 11% oxygen and therefore it combusts completely in the engine. Thus, there are reduced unburnt hydrocarbons in the form of particulate matter and reduced carbon deposits inside the engine.

GREEN D® has a cetane index higher than 60 which improves mileage , pick up and avoids engine knocking.

GREEN D® also has higher lubricity as compared to mineral HSD. GREEN D® defers the need for engine oil change due to its lubricity properties.

There is no need to modify storage and distribution infrastructure.

GREEN D® biodiesel buyers can avail ITC of GST 12%.

CRUDE GLYCERINE

Glycerine is an organic compound, more formally known as glycerol. It is a by product obtained from vegetable oils processing.

Glycerine has numerous commercial uses. Commercial grade glycerin is usually reddish brown in color and in liquid form at room temperature. At Kshumat Energy Pvt Ltd, we produce crude glycerol which can be used as a raw material for the glycerine refining industry. The glycerol is most commonly used for soap and grease manufacturing.

RECYCLED GLYCOL

At KEPL we also indulge in trading of various petrochemicals. Mixed glycol; is a stream, rich in DEG and MEG whose major component is MEG. DEG and MEG are raw materials for various industries including coolants , brake fluid , de-icing liquids , PET bottles etc.

METHYL OLEATE

Methyl Oleate is derived from vegetable oils via transesterification process. Depending on customer requirements, they are available as broad cuts or purer methyl esters - by simple or fractional distillation. Common applications for methyl oleate include; lubricants, coatings, food, agriculture and metal working fluids. Chemicals such as fatty alcohol, methyl ester sulfonate and chlorinated methyl oleate can be manufactured from methyl oleate

METHYL SOYATE

Methyl Soyate; a methyl ester derived from soybean oil, is the key ingredient in an eco-friendly mix. This low-cost, readily biodegradable alternative could replace some of the 460 million pounds of traditional chlorinated and petroleum solvents (2004). Ongoing efforts seek to increase the methyl soyate utilization as an ingredient or carrier solvent.

At KEPL, we trade in base oils sourced from countries around the world. These oils are used to manufacture various lubricants and greases. At KEPL, keeping a greener tomorrow in mind , we source base oils which are recycled from waste oils. Recycled oils are carbon neutral , mining free and use very less resources as compared to virgin oils; while retaining the same properties.
